Design
The Crosstrek looks sporty and rugged. It's versatile in that it's perfectly comfortable in urban areas as well as ones that are more remote. It comes with roof rails and a roof spoiler, and it's available with LED fog lights, LED steering responsive headlights and a power-tilt and sliding moonroof. As part of the available all-weather package, the Crosstrek can have heated side mirrors and a windshield wiper de-icer, both of which are very useful when the temperatures drop around Haddonfield, NJ.
Technology
All five of the new Crosstrek trims have touchscreens equipped with Bluetooth®, Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™. On the base and Premium trims, the touchscreen is a 6.5-inch display. The Limited and Hybrid both have 8.0-inch touchscreen displays with available navigation. Further, they can be upgraded with a Harman Kardon premium sound system that comes with eight speakers. In the middle of the lineup, the Sport trim can either have the smaller or larger touchscreen. If you or your passengers enjoy streaming content while on an adventure out of Pennsauken Township, you'll be glad that Wi-Fi capability is available.
Interior
The base trim has cloth seats, automatic climate control and electronic cruise control. It has one USB port in the front. The Premium is upgraded with an additional USB port, and it has automatic headlights, a cover for the cargo area and heated front seats. The Sport has a more unique look, with StarTex® upholstery that features yellow contrast stitching. It's also the only trim to have side mirrors and a front grille that have a gunmetal finish. Plus, it has smart key entry and benefits from having four total USB ports, which includes two that rear-seat passengers can access. With the Limited, Collingswood, NJ drivers will get a power-adjustable driver's seat and leather upholstery. It comes with a rear armrest and a color multifunction display.
Performance
All four of these trims have traditional powertrains. The first two use 152-horsepower, 2.0-liter engines, and the Sport and Limited use 2.5-liter engines that can generate 182 horsepower. The larger engine increases torque from 145 pound-feet to 176 pound-feet of torque. The Sport and Limited trims are only available with a continuously variable transmission while the base and Premium trims can have manual transmissions or continuously variable transmissions. They all come standard with all-wheel drive and can tow up to 1,500 pounds.
The last trim that we offer is the Crosstrek Hybrid, which is a plug-in hybrid. It, too, has Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive. It runs on an electric motor and a 2.0-liter engine, resulting in a net horsepower of 148. The Crosstrek Hybrid has many of the same interior and exterior features that are found in the Limited. This is an incredible choice if you'd like to get a crossover in Cherry Hill, NJ that's sophisticated and efficient.
