Since 1998, the Preston and
Steve show has held an annual Camp Out For Hunger, in which both Preston
and Steve "camp out" (i.e., live in a motor-home) for one week
in November to raise food for Philabundance. The show awards prizes to
individuals and groups that donate the most food. Since 1998, the event has
raised hundreds of tons of food to feed the hungry across the Delaware
Valley.
Subaru of Cherry Hill has
contributed by collecting donations from the community throughout the
month of November. We keep donation receptacles in our dealership for the
community to drop off non-perishable goods. On the final day of the Camp
Out For Hunger, Subaru of Cherry Hill along with several other local Subaru
dealers, visit the camp-site to contribute with all the donations. We are
proud to help fight hunger in the Delaware Valley.Â
