Favorite Pastime: When he's not at work or school, Matt loves to stay active in sports. He played baseball up until last year for Rutgers Camden. Now loves to play golf and any other sport he can get his hands on. He also loves spending time with his family & friends and going down the shore and to Florida.

If Money Wasn't An Issue...  Matt would take care of his whole family and see that they are living comfortably as well. He would also buy a house in Florida, own a few sports cars, and travel the world.

If money wasn't an issue...: If money wasn't an issue, Tariq would want to have his own race team in Nascar. He loves to race and would love to be able to do so without worrying about speed limits! He would also like to start his own race development team.

:  This is Peter's first time working in a dealership setting.  Before Subaru, he was a General Manager for ZipCar in Philadelphia for four years. He was also a general manager at McCormick and Schmicks previously. He met the owner Z, while he was working at McCormick and Schmicks, and when presented with the opportunity to work for Subaru of Cherry Hill, he decided to join the team!
Favorite Subaru Model:  Peter's favorite model is the Outback.  He thinks it is the best looking model we have.
What Makes a Subaru a Subaru?: The AWD, safety, reliability, and gas mileage.
Where Do You Call Home?:  Riverton, NJ
Favorite Pastime:  Peter enjoys both ocean and lake fishing.  He especially likes to fish at Lake Pine in Medford, NJ.  He also loves sports and is a Mets and Jets fan.
If Money Wasn't an Issue…:  Peter would own and run a pet orphanage.  He would dedicate his time to finding each animal a great home and would never turn any animal down.

What Makes a Subaru a Subaru?: The dependability and that the engineers stress safety.
Where do you call home? Relaxing on his deck with his family.

Favorite Pastime: Jerry loves all sports. He played basketball and tennis in college, but fell in love with rugby in his early 20's. He played and coached rugby for over 30 years. Now he relaxes on the golf course or with a friendly game of tennis. Jerry also loves to spend time with his wife, Carolyn, and their dog Gracie.

If money was not an issue...:  Jerry would put a pool in his backyard and then do a lot of traveling with his wife. First stop, New Zealand.

Randy has been in the automobile industry since he was 19. At age 26, he became a sales manager for the third largest selling dealership on the east coast. Randy left the industry for some time to explore advertising but is happy to be back as a sales consultant!

:  John worked at Chrysler in 2007 as a sales consultant, but this is his first time working for Subaru.  He was a landscaper before joining Subaru of Cherry Hill, and was looking for a better opportunity.  He decided to come to Subaru to follow in the footsteps of his dad, Rich, who works here as well.
Favorite Subaru Model:  John's favorite model is the Forester because it's a great family car that you can still have fun in.

If money wasn't an issue... Damon would travel  and never be home. He would make sure all of his friends and family were financially secure, and he would also invest in real estate rentals anywhere he would want.

What Makes a Subaru a Subaru?: The low placement of their boxer engine, the symmetrical all-wheel drive, and the independent wheel suspension are what separates Subaru from the rest. However, the values that we stand for as a dealership and the way our customers feel after they are done doing business with us is what separates us from our various competitors.

Where do you call home?: Shannon grew up in the small town of Woodbury Heights, NJ where she still resides. Anywhere her friends and family are is home to her.

Favorite Pastime: Shannon enjoys spending time with her son who is now a toddler, traveling to various places when she can, reading, keeping up to date on all of the new movies, playing cards and family games, shopping, and spending time in the sun as much as possible. She also loves to cook and try out new restaurants.

If money wasn't an issue... She would travel the world, check out everything that each country had to offer, purchase a house on the beach, and possibly open up her own business.

What Makes a Subaru a Subaru?: The combination of excellent customer service from employees and customer loyalty that follows the brand. Megan says that customers tend to have Subaru vehicles for years and because of their long-lasting quality and smooth handling, people continue to come back.

Favorite Pastime: Megan loves to cook, especially Japanese food. Sushi is one of her favorites to make. She also enjoys reading in her spare time and loves reading books by Paula Hawkins.

History in the Auto Industry: This is Eric's first time working in the auto industry. Before Subaru, he had his own business called Maple Shade Smokers BBQ which specialized in catering events. He traveled and competed in BBQ competitions in 8 states. 

Favorite Subaru Model: The Subaru Forester because it's great for the outdoors and the perfect size.

What Makes Subaru a Subaru? The quality, workmanship, and longevity.

Where Do You Call Home? Maple Shade, NJ

Favorite Pastime: In his free time, Eric is a charity cyclist. He loves to help out as many different charities as possible by going on rides that support ALS, MS, American Cancer Society, Autism, etc. One charity bike ride he completed was a 210 mile ride from Point Jarvis, NY to Cape May, NJ.  He typically participates in these charity bike rides from April until October of every year. In addition, Eric is also a paranormal investigator and founded the non-profit, Dusk Till Dawn in NJ. He has been doing this for 27 years.

If money was not an issue: Eric would travel the world and ride his bike around Europe. He would love to check out some of the famous trails such as the Tour De France.
