History in Automobile Industry: Donald grew up in the automotive industry. His father owned multiple car dealerships. He started out in 1972 as a sales consultant, and has been working with cars ever since furthering his knowledge in the industry. Mike has worked with manufacturers such as Honda, Nissan, and Chevrolet. Mike is very passionate about his position. He feels that the Service and Parts Department is the backbone of a dealership. Throughout Mike's experiences, he has learned that he enjoys customer interaction and the continuous advancements in technology. History in Automobile Industry: Jay has worked in the automotive industry since 1985. He has worked in a variety of dealerships from selling cars to management positions. He has been at Subaru of Cherry Hill for about two years now and currently is the Used Vehicle Specialist. He feels that he works in a great environment, and he loves the people he works with.

History in Automobile Industry: Subaru of Cherry Hill is where Matt started his endeavors in the Automobile Industry. Matt's interest in the Automobile Industry started young as he watched his step father sell cars. Matt decided to work at Subaru of Cherry Hill because of his belief in the brand and the "no pressure" environment. Matt feels that working at Subaru of Cherry Hill is like working with family and loves that Z is committed and is involved in the day to day business operations.
Favorite Subaru Model: Matt's favorite Subaru model changes quite often, but as of right now it is the Forester.
What makes a Subaru a Subaru?: Subaru is a great brand all around for what it believes in and how it produces cars. His favorite part of a Subaru is the true focus on engineering and mechanics. Subaru does not just focus on the "fluff" like other automobile companies.

Favorite Pastime: Ralph enjoys visiting South Jersey beaches with his friends and family. In addition to just relaxing on the beach, he loves boating and fishing while he is 'down the shore'. He has caught a variety of fish over the years, and looks forward to cooking what he catches each time.
If money was not an issue?: First and foremost, Ralph would help his family and the less fortunate financially. He would also love to travel the Caribbean.
History in Automobile Industry: Terry has worked in car sales since June of 2003. He has worked for a variety of other dealerships before coming to Subaru of Cherry Hill in September 2012. His mother-in-law bought an Outback, and he fell in love with the car. It was much easier for him to sell a vehicle he believed in. He loves the 2013 Subaru model line-up and is excited for the upcoming year.

History in Automobile Industry: Randy has been in the automobile industry since he was 19. At age 26, he became a sales manager for the third largest selling dealership on the east coast. Randy left the industry for some time to explore advertising but is happy to be back as a sales consultant!

History in Automobile Industry: This is Khilna's third year in the Automobile Industry. She started out as a Marketing Intern as Subaru of America and at that point she fell in love with the brand. After her internship, she wanted to continue her path with Subaru. She felt it was a great opportunity to work for Subaru of Cherry Hill to apply her skills learned at Subaru of America to the grass roots of the industry. She is so happy with how her internet department has evolved over the years and absolutely LOVES Subaru.

Her Impreza has become her best buddy over the past year as she feels she spends more time in her Impreza than anything else.
